Techo Startup Center (TSC) is a public administrative institution under the guardianship of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) of Cambodia, with the mission to assist the government in fulfilling her strategic vision to create a favorable environment for fostering startups and promoting digital business. Moreover, TSC is entrusted by the government to oversee the Startup Cambodia National Program to assist local startups and develop a lively entrepreneurship ecosystem in Cambodia. Techo Startup Center plays a crucial role in creating a vibrant ecosystem where local startups can grow. Supervisor : Deputy Executive Director of Techo Startup Center 

Duties

• The candidate should be responsible for the following tasks:
• Involving in research projects by designing research methodology, collecting, and analyzing data, and writing technical reports
• Preparing professionally written, aesthetically appealing materials of research which is suitable for the public
• Providing research training on related stakeholders as requested
• Building supportive and trusting relationships with stakeholders internally and externally and
• Completing any other tasks that the board of directors may identify.

Requirements

• The candidate should/must possess the following qualifications:
• Master’s degree in public policy, social science, or related fields
• At least one year experience in policy research
• High English proficiency
• Knowledge of both qualitative and qualitative data analysis
• Experience and understanding of digital economy is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Ability to execute responsible tasks independently and willing to learn new things and
• Behaving passion, perseverance, innovation, and startup spirit.
