Job Duties:
– Oversee the IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity functions of the organization.
– Manage a global IT support team and external vendors to provide high-quality support adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
– Ensure system administration, network management, and application architecture are effectively maintained for on-premises and cloud environments.
– Define and execute the company’s IT Infrastructure strategy, including standardizing and consolidating the infrastructure.
– Develop and execute infrastructure migration plans, ensuring uninterrupted business operations during transitions.
– Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure strategy with overall business objectives.
– Oversee cybersecurity efforts, including risk assessment, compliance, and business continuity planning.
– Manage cybersecurity audits and implement necessary measures to enhance the organization’s security posture
– Facilitate cybersecurity training initiatives to promote a culture of security awareness.

Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Basic Business Communication in Chinese
– 8 Years or above Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity functions.
– Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, including system administration, network management, and application architecture.
– Experience in standardizing and consolidating IT infrastructure into a unified platform.
– Excellent project management skills for executing infrastructure migration plans and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
– In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity management, including risk assessment, compliance, and business continuity planning.
– Strong collaboration and communication skills to align IT infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
