Key responsibilities

1. **Business Development:**

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and vendors.

2. **Sales Management:**

  • Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives in closing deals and managing client relationships.

3. **Relationship Management:**

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.

4. **Networking:**

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and generate leads.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
  • Engage in networking activities, including entertaining clients via dinners and events, as necessary.

5. **Market Research and Analysis:**

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies and offerings to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, with a minimum of [5-10] years of experience.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in networking and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
