Job vacancy Senior Manager, Customer Service (freight Forwarding & Logistics)

Brief Description
This position reports functionally & administratively to the Group General Manager. He / She will be part of the logistics team that is responsible for account management of the global key accounts, supporting to GGM for achieving the global account financial budget and making sure of all service level agreement and KPIs are meant.

Job Descriptions:
– Managing Global Key Accounts with full financial budget accountabilities.
– Responsible for the selection and management of vendors to ensure qualities delivery.
– Able to motivate and groom subordinates for skills upgrade.
– Updating & negotiating rates with shipping companies, co-loaders, and customs brokers, trucking companies to compliment our business growth.
– Developing strong relationships with shipping lines and co-loaders
– Continuously communicating with all stakeholders and providing growth directions to develop new businesses.
– To lead in Requests for Proposal/Quotation as needed
– Ensuring on the safety, quality, customer service and all corporate compliances are observed.
– Ability to evaluate and manage project resources and making sure all KPIs are met.

Job Requirements:
– Diploma or Degree preferably in commerce, accounting, or logistics.
– Minimum 5 years or more experience in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
– Proficiency in English language is a must.
– Chinese language proficiency is a bonus.
– Problem solving and conflict resolution Skill.
– Good in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word & Excel.
– Willing to learn new things and can work with minimum supervision.

– Working Day: Monday to Friday and Saturday half (Morning)
– Working time: Morning 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
– Holidays: Holiday based on the calendar.

- Gross Salary- Other allowance of $50 - Seniority payment - Performance Incentive
