NTC GROUP is dedicated to establishing itself as a premier educational community in Cambodia, recognized both locally and internationally for providing comprehensive formal and non-formal education to both Cambodian and non-Cambodians. This commitment is in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), aimed at fostering the development of human resources within the country. Currently, we operate several subsidiaries, including Sovannaphumi School, Sovannaphumi Kids, East West International School, American Pacific International School, and the NTC Training Center.

Office: Head Office

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) shall develop and implement school standard operation procedures (SOP), drive school operation strategies, and manage school administrative, human resources, finance, and marketing to ensure effective school management.

Duties

• To develop, refine and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, tools (SOP) to support the implementation (monitoring and evaluation) of school operations.
• To implement school’s operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• To oversee customer services to meet customers ‘needs and satisfaction.
• To develop and support SP to ensure the manpower planning for their current and future needs.
• To ensure operations at school level are running smoothly such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws, and policies.
• To oversee the financial operations to ensure effective & efficiency expenditures and turnover with timely and accuracy reports;
• To oversee the social events, conduct the event contest and to promote value added service to the public;
• To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Master’s degree in education or related fields;
• At least 6 years experiences in school management;
• Good negotiation and influencing skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in English of both spoken and written;
• Working knowledge of school management/operations;
• Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
• Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
• Strong commitment to diversity; and
• Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
