Job vacancy Marketing Officer

Job Description:

• Product Handler
o Implementation on strategies provided by Senior.
o Created, propose small online Campaign for existing and new product applying to Media channel (Facebook, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
o Work closely with designer team to make creative, trend and concept artwork of the campaign created.
o Checking trend and competitor activities and online event in order to create campaign on time.
o Participate in
o Generate report of customer feedback, Market situation and competitor movement related to event and campaign.
o Working with agency and designers related to Online program (Video shooting, Video editing…)

• Promotions / Campaigns / Activities — On-ground
o Supporting team for any activities to make its completed with successful.

• Marketing Material:
o Have to know existing and new produce of MKT Material under own product handling
o Supporting team for stock checking and update.

• Event Organizing: (Some campaign examples: Roadshow, Booth Activation, Fair, Seminar, etc.)
o Have to make to do list, action plan based on master plan from management.
o Working with agency for event arrangement/preparation and plan starting from beginning until end of event.
o Deal with manpower and handle issue on hand or report to management if the problem cannot be solved.
o Prepare report of event summary, stock, payment, participants report, results and effectiveness.
o Create new small event, campaign to follow trend and compete with competitors.
o Go to field, observe main competitors’ activities, event on ground to analyze and report.

Job Requirements:
– Have at least 1 year experience as Marketing Officer or related field (Strong knowledge of various cosmetics skills is a plus);
– Good command of spoken and written Khmer & English;
– Have degree in related field;
– Skill Required: Planning, Negotiation and Communication;
– Personality: Patient, high Commitment, open-minded and fast-learning;
– Honest, good at planning, communication, and problem-solving skills;
– Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Word/ Excel and Internet-Email);
– Ability to understand cosmetic needs and concerns of customers and advise accordingly.

Salary

- Education Allowance 20% per year- Medical Allowance $50 per year- Annual Trip once per year- 13th Salary Bonus
