Key responsibilities
- Lead Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurants daily operations
- 2) Ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, from the front-of-house service to the
back-of-house cooking
- Monitor restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry
regulations
- 4) Train staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as
handling complaints about food or service quality
- Review financial reports to identify ways to improve profitability
- Ensure that all employees are aware of any upcoming events or promotions so they can be promoted through social media channels
- Review menus with chefs to ensure food quality standards are being met
- Manage the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
without overstaffing during slow times
- Maintain communication with vendors to ensure that food supplies are adequate and prices are competitive
- Establish long-term business goals and objectives to improve the overall performance of the restaurant
Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of work experience in F&B operations and International Food Chain business or in the food operation in the fine dining restaurant
- Understand food or restaurant operations business in-depth
- Focus on food quality, cost control and customers' satisfaction
- Able to make management reports as required
- Good in computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software and POS
