Director/Chairwoman Ms Mao Rotana / husband & GM Chhorn Chhunleng, serial fraudsters
Easily verified through Cambodian Ministry of Commerce's online registration database. Ms. Mao Rotana (there are multiple versions of her name's spelling) is clearly the director/chairwoman of several failed businesses in Phnom Penh in which employees were deliberately defrauded by her husband and GM, Mr. Chhorn Chhunleng. Mr. Chhorn Chhunleng continued to solicit and receive customer payments which he embezzled out of the company in conjunction with his wife in order to live a glamorous "borey life" while their employees were not paid for their services.

Furthermore, Mr. Chhorn and Ms. Mao installed a front person (manager) in late 2017 to continue the practice. Since then, Ms. Samreen Chaudhary, a radicalized Pakistani hardliner working without a valid work permit for Cambodia (illegally) has continued to defraud both employees and customers as she recently even attempted to steal IP from one customer and try to ransom it back to him.

While Nanita Tech, and Navita Digital Marketing, and Infinite Marketing Solutions, and Instant Reader, etc are all closed now and with dozens of victims in its wake...the Cambodian "Bonnie and Clyde", Mr. Chhorn Chhunleng and Ms. Mao Rotana, will be back soon in a new venture we're sure.

I guess this is why they call it Scambodia :)
