Reviews of CTT Travel & Tours - Phnom Penh

We booked with this company last week for a trip to Kampot from PP. The experience was horrible and I do not recommend anyone to use this service. To begin with, the location of the place did not show accurately basing on the address they gave us. The service was express, so we understood that departing time was a major concern so left home with plenty of time in advance. The company started calling us, like 10 minutes before when we were looking for the shop (along the Riverside) and instead of helping they shouted in a very rude manner to us at the phone. They did that twice, calling just to put more stress on us and threatening with the fact they will be leaving without us. At last, we arrived at the shop and my friend asked for explanations for that attitude. He was mistreated even worse by the staff at the shop, telling that he shall apoligize for arriving late and for asking for explanations after he was shouted at the phone. My friend had to apoligize to someone he had paid for a service, who did not help him to find the place and that shouted to him at the phone threatening not to allow us in the van.

I really hope no other client has to go through this situation and therefore strongly recommend not to even choose this company.

I live in sihanoukville, out of the millions of times I've had to travel to and from Phnom Penh I have found ctt is the most comfortable journeys.. Yes the wifi sometimes doesn't work, but sometimes it does and it'd get 5 stars from me if it always worked. The staff are nice, safe drivers, and the bus is comfy

My wife and I are tourists from the US and we were told that the VIP vans from ctt transportation were reliable. We booked the 9 am van from Phnom Penh to Sihanouk Ville. We were at their bus station at around 8:20 as we were told. We saw a van leaving at 8:50 apparently tha was the 8 o'clock van. Our van arrived at 9:15 they told us it was picking up other passengers. That we were lucky as there would be only 4 passengers on the van. The driver kept picking people up at markets, bus stops, and all kind of places until he filled the van up. The AC is not even working with so many people aboard. We left the city at around 10:25. I do not know at what time we are going to arrive. We're barely out of the city. This is pretty bad service. The lady that runs the bus station is pretty rude, not like most Cambodians, they are usually very nice.

The bus ride was very nice and quick. it was a 14-passenger vehicle, and every seat was full. However, the promise of Free WiFi was totally false. When I asked for an adjustment, none was given. I chose this company just because of the Free WiFi, because that was never provided
