Pointless review
Ok, EDC are the only electricity suppliers in Sihanoukville....so even if there is constant power outages (which there is) today (6 Jan 2018) for example power off at 08:00 and still off 12:00 midday....but there is no alternative so yeah, useless but no choice! Enjoy!
