Objectives of this role
– Strategize, implement, and increase the sales of 2-wheeler and 3 wheeler month on month
– Design daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives
– Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources.
– Establish and grow relationships with Dealer / Broker who are 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler Sales and Service
– Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for company.
– Maintain plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales.
Responsibilities
– To increase the sales of 2-Wheeler from the showroom and dealer and Broker on monthly bases.
– To appoint Dealer network across the Cambodia for 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler
– To build and develop relation ship with dealer and Broker to increase their business on monthly bases.
– Supervise employee productivity and provide internal processes for improved efficiency.
– Responsible to generate enquiry to achieve monthly sales by planning and implementing BTL and ATL activities.
– Provide data analytics of sales, dealer, Brokers and partners to relevant management teams.
– Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales.
– Responsible for weekly sales review with management and team on business performance , Create a structure review system for Dealer on there performance .
– Should have good contact with the 2-Wheeler and 3 Wheelers Financiers.
– And person will be responsible to do the tie up with banker for retail finance for 2 w and 3-wheeler across the county.
– Participate in development of competitor analyses and pricing strategy of competitors.
– Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations.
Required skills and qualifications.
– 12-15 or more years of experience in a Sales and Business Development especially appointment dealer of 2-Wheeler or 3-Wheeler in Cambodia
– Up-to-date knowledge of relevant 2-wheeler and 3-Wheeler industry trend
– Experience in developing business strategy,
– Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
– Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
Preferred skills and qualifications
– Excellent in English Communication is must – Speaking and Writing
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field
– Strong ability with database and information systems software
– Aggressive, Team Player, Love to Travel, Task master, Problem Slover
– Ready to work extensively with the brand
– Extensive travelling is required
