ICF Cambodia is a dynamic fast-growing church, and nonprofit organization in Siem Reap. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by empowering people to achieve their God given potential. We take care of over 750 children and their families with our Family Care Program in a holistic way to improve their living situation long-term. On the ICF Community Campus, people can make friends, have fun and learn new skills. We offer soccer, volleyball, basketball, water sports and many other activities. We are looking for a passionate youth facilitator who loves investing and working directly with young adults. The goal is to help them encounter Jesus and empower them to share their faith to their surroundings.

Duties

• Assisting the youth pastor to develop youth ministry into full potentials
• Help creating a safe place for youth to experience Jesus and raise up Christ like leaders as it is our vision
• Build a good communication across teams and maintain work cooperation with related ministries
• Actively engage in the youth programs and help with spiritual growth to the teens on the weekend
• Involve in our New Generation Internship program by sharing the experience and teach our youth to know God’s calling for their lives
• Seek out for new potential leaders for the youth small group and lead volunteers
• Organizing and support events such as small groups, mission trips, fun day, Camps, etc..
• Administration of Youth and NGI (Next Generation Internship) and oversee our volunteers care

Requirements

• Good understanding of bible knowledge, preaching and teaching
• Comfortable speaking and teaching to small groups
• Passionate in meeting and connecting with new people (Youth)
• Good verbal communication skills (English & Khmer)
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google communication tool (Email and Telegram)
• Sets an example of Christian values and have high commitment
• Teachable and supportive
