We take care of over 750 children and their families with our Family Care Program in a holistic way to improve their living situation long-term. Duties

• Coordinate the whole management of discovery courses including following with teachers, making slide, translating lessons, student registration and so on…
• Oversee the tracking of the attendance of the small group in database
• Get connected and build good communication with small group leaders
• In charge of updating and maintaining every contacts information we have
• Well Taken care of all the materials and resources to make sure we have enough to use for the program
• Assisting in meetings with new staff and visitors, potentially invite them into small group or join discovery courses

Requirements

• Good understanding of bible knowledge
• Love speaking and teaching to small groups
• Friendly, easily get connected with new people and have a welcoming appearance
• Be proactive and well-organized
• Teachable and supportive
• Good verbal communication skills (English & Khmer)
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google communication tool (Email and Telegram)
• Sets an example of Christian values and have high commitment
