We take care of over 750 children and their families with our Family Care Program in a holistic way to improve their living situation long-term. Support Worship Pastor and the worship team's growth for their alignment with ICF values, prioritizing team training and development to support innovative worship experiences for people to become passionate followers of Jesus and grow in their faith.

Duties

• Support Worship Pastor in creating a strategy and follow up plan for each year in the worship teams
• Be a part of creating ICF Cambodia Worship (ICFCW) team system, revisiting team standard & expectations, workflow (communication in/outside the team), etc.
• Involve the process of choosing new worship songs that align to ICF Mission, translating and recording songs
• Help organize Band Practices for band members and worship leaders
• Build a good relationship with the worship team members/ volunteers (Meet them one on one)
• The normal Weekends are loaded with Celebrations where we lead Worship. Discovering class, Saturday for youth, Sunday for Kids, Adult-Celebration, Online.
• Organize the song pool and manage the team members on stage at the weekend church celebrations/ events

Requirements

• You are passionate for Jesus and love to worship
• Good Understand of the Bible
• Speak English (for communication and translation reasons English is mandatory)
• Computer skills that can-do administrative work with Google programs, Notion, and Elvanto...etc
• Be open for feedback to help the team/person get better and stronger
• You are a role model in a way how you live a life as a Christian
• You love to work in a team and have a joyful heart (“The Joy of the Lord is our strength”)
