Job vacancy Communication Executive

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Reports to CEO

Indirectly reports to CEO

Employment Condition Permanent employee after three (3) months’ probation

Duties

• Supporting to translate on document, verbal, meeting, (Chinese, Vietnam, English, Khmer)
• Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
• Creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
• Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members, donors, Foundation staff, and others, on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives.
• Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the president updated.
• Works with a team from other departments to prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Work with the Executive Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach activities. Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
• Develop and execute the company’s corporate communications strategies that we will enhance our corporate image
• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with media representatives as well as identify opportunities to raise our corporate image through such relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field
• At least 3 to 5 years
• Fluently Chinese & Vietnam & English, translate as verbal and document.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good communication and leadership
• Demonstrate excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet research).
• Exhibits integrity, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
