Job vacancy It Support

Job Description:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
4. Providing technical support across the company (That may be in person or over the phone)
5. Website maintenance (work with third party) and company social media account security protection
6. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
7. Testing new technology
8. Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties if appropriate)
9. Perform other related duties as required by Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

1. Good common of spoken and written Khmer & English;
2. Have Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Designing and equivalent;
3. Have at least 2-year experience as IT Support;
4. Have experience in Website maintenance (work with third party) and company social media account security protection;
5. Have creative portfolios to show and creativity;
6. Marketing concept is an advantage.

– Working Day: Monday to Friday and Saturday half (Morning)
– Working time: Morning 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
– Holidays: Public Holidays following Cambodian Calendar.

Salary

- Education Allowance 20% per year- Medical Allowance $50 per year- Annual Trip once per year- 13th Salary Bonus
