Key responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • Ensure timely procurement of all company goods, services and works as required.
  • Develop, implement procurement policies, procedures, and strategies to maximize procurement management systems that aligned with hospital functions.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Identify cost-saving, negotiate favorable terms, pricing with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage supplier, evaluate supplier service quality, delivery, cost requirements.
  • Develop and maintain procurement quality records, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Review and provide appropriate and accurate documentation to support all products and services purchase in according with company ESG compliance practices.
  • Perform risk management with supplier contracts and agreements to prevent unethical practice by suppliers and/or individuals.
  • Manage and control mains stock and process transfer to sub stock to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly inventory report mains stock and check report from sub stock.
  • Prepare for monthly quarterly stock count with Finance team as assign by manager.
  • Ensure use of updated list pre-qualified suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitor and ensure services provided to company are accurate and sufficient to the required specifications and standards of company procurement best practices.
  • To undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Good knowledge of purchasing or in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and make decisions promptly.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar job.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong, determined, self-motivated and with high ethical values and practices.
  • Good management/technical skills to achieve company business KPIs.
  • Lead and demonstrate excellent leadership to the team.
  • Results oriented and innovative to resolving problems.
  • Adaptable and flexible; take initiative take on the can-do attitude.
  • Able to work in a pressured environment with minimal supervision.

USD 1700 - USD 2500 (USD)
