Reviews of Dragon Royal Condominium - Siem Reap

I have rented an apartment at Dragon Royal Condo Siem Reap for 10 months now. I would have left a long time ago but had made the mistake of tying myself into a 12 month lease. There website quotes a jacuzzi and gym facility. For the whole of my stay (10 mths) there has been no working jacuzzi and the gym is just a collection of old machines, all of are broken and unusable.Constantly equipment in rooms break down (tv's blocked drainage etc) and it is always necessary to make repeated requests for repairs.perhaps worse of all is the fact that there is no 'back up' power supply (generator) and so when the electric supply breaks down you are left without light and water ( which regularly happens. The owners have been requested regularly to install a back up power supply but they will not pay for any such things.
a recent power cut for 5 days resulted in all the condos occupants going to hotels.
The roof top pool is quite nice but even here the water supply to the showers smells bad. Also there have been a number of occasions when the monthly bills have included outrageous electric elements ( one tenant was charged $300 for 2 weeks supply, (which could not possibly be correct)
