Job vacancy Marketing and Business Development Specialist

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

LOCATION: Phnom Penh (able to travel)

Duties

• Research market and analyze to identify potential market segment and business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients with effective networking.
• Attend events, conferences, and seminars to update market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop social media strategy to have online presence and engage with the targeted audience.
• Assist and develop Customer Relationship Management (system) to track customer interactions and business development activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate discussions and meetings related to business development.
• Prepare reports and presentations on results of business activities and developing transactions.
• Compile comparative statistics: survey, market share, sales development, competitors, and profit generation.
• Offer recommendation and approach justified by research finding.
• Able to work with intercompany colleagues and culture
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Report directly to the committee of TMH Group Company

Requirements

• Holder of Bachelor or Master in marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.
• 2 -5 years’ experience in marketing / business development role, preferably with Food and Beverage.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office, Outlook, and Teams.
• Competence in data collection and statistical graph
• Good communication in English speaking, writing, reading skills.
• Design or Visual Communications skill is a plus
• Self-motivated and strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
• Creative and proactive personality. 
• Able to work independently under pressure and deadline.
