SUMMARY

The HR & Admin is responsible for managing the work process of HR and the administration to be efficient, smooth, and sustainable to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.

Duties

• Oversee all HR process delivery in partnering business units that impact the employee life cycle such as onboarding and integration, discipline and grievance, leave management, exit management, policies, career transitions and management, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Continually evaluates compensation policies and procedures.
• Establish the Human Resources Dept. objectives, plans,
• Continuously maintain, update, and develop human resources policy and other regulations on time to ensure they reflect needs and compliance with Cambodian Labor Law.
• Manage the HR filings both documents hard and soft to ensure that those documents are filed and entered properly and privately.
• Ensure the accuracy of the salary, compensation, and staff benefits by reviewing payroll and relevant reports and they are paid promptly.
• Properly control staff probation status and issue letters of confirmation of failed, or termination.
• Control all company’s Fix assets and office supplies.
• Another task as assigned by the product manager.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business
• Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in HR & Admin
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of production standards (5S/GMP/HACCP)
• High responsibility and good communication
• Good organizational and time management skills
