Lynqify, Inc. , headquartered in Washington State, USA, and serving as a leader in software solutions for contractors, seeks a Backend Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining Web APIs that power our innovative platform, designed to streamline operations and enhance communication within the contracting industry.

Location: Phnom Penh (Near AEON MALL II)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary : $1,500 to $2,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible work hours with a core schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties

• Project Management Role:
• Project Ideation and Planning: Define project goals, scope, and objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage relevant stakeholders to enhance project efficiency.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead project teams effectively.
• Timelines and Deadlines: Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily project activities, promptly addressing any arising issues.
• Technical Role:
• Web API Development: Build, maintain, and scale Web API development.
• Web Application Design: Design and develop web applications.
• API Interface Development: Develop API interfaces for frontend teams.
• Scalable API Integration: Construct scalable API integrations between systems.
• Database Analysis: Analyze database structures, business logic, and rules for system implementation.
• Technical Solutions: Provide technical solutions to team members.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in team management and project management roles.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is preferred.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is advantageous.
• Proficiency in DBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) with AWS.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, with strong interpersonal skills suited for a collaborative work environment.
