Cambodia Knits is a social enterprise working with marginalized communities near Phnom Penh. Our goal is to produce beautiful, high quality and unique hand knit products while providing fair and flexible employment opportunities.

CK believes that employment is an empowering way out of poverty for marginalized communities, especially when that employment is fairly paid and works within the constraints communities face. For this reason, we provide paid training in knitting skills and travel to the communities regularly to collect finished products. We also work in cooperation with NGOs that are supporting the communities where we employ staff, coordinating activities and sharing information.

Duties

• Maintain confidentiality of matters relating to CK

• Physical Stock management
• Oversee warehouse stock of raw materials is maintained in a tidy and organized way
• Oversee warehouse stock of finished goods is maintained in a tidy and organized way
• Organize and prepare stock for fairs and special events
• Inform Production Supervisor of low stock of raw materials
• Be responsible for stock room being closed and secured at all times
• Stock Forms and Tracking
• Enter all stock data (stock in, stock out, stock transfer, open and closing stock) into Google Sheets
• Be responsible for correct functioning of RM Stock Form, FG Stock Form, Client Stock Form and other documents related to stock
• Close stock forms for each month and check that all data entered is correct with finance team
• Stock team
• Supervise Stock interns
