Job vacancy Backend Developer

Lynqify, Inc., headquartered in Washington State, USA, and serving as a leader in software solutions for contractors, seeks a Backend Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining Web APIs that power our innovative platform, designed to streamline operations and enhance communication within the contracting industry.

We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:

Location: Phnom Penh (Near AEON MALL II)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $750 to $1,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible work hours with a core schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Duties

• Web API Development: Build, maintain, and scale robust APIs that serve as the backbone for our software platforms.
• System Integration: Design and develop solutions that integrate multiple systems via scalable APIs, enhancing operational efficiency and connectivity.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with front-end developers to develop optimized API interfaces.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges as part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and quality in project management software.
• Project Oversight: Handle additional projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Backend Development.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years in API development, preferably with exposure to software solutions for business management.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Understanding of event-driven design and front-end frameworks like ReactJS or Angular is advantageous.
• Experience with microservices architecture and knowledge of DBMS such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, with strong interpersonal skills suited for a collaborative work environment.
