Job vacancy Finance Officer

NTC GROUP is dedicated to establishing itself as a premier educational community in Cambodia, recognized both locally and internationally for providing comprehensive formal and non-formal education to both Cambodian and non-Cambodians. This commitment is in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), aimed at fostering the development of human resources within the country. Currently, we operate several subsidiaries, including Sovannaphumi School, Sovannaphumi Kids, East West International School, American Pacific International School, and the NTC Training Center.

The Income Officer shall implement the accounting and finance policies, systems and applications to ensure finance and accounting systems (income) are smoothly operated more effectively within NTC Group.

Duties

• To control school incomes to ensure they are collected accurately and timely.
• To control income data to ensure they are well process and organize.
• To control cash reconciliation and income to ensure accurately and timely.
• To post accounting data into accounting system timely and accurately.
• To implement income policy to ensure the accounting and finance process and operation more effectively.
• To monitor new financial application to ensure income more effectively.
• To review bad debt of unpaid student to ensure financial information are accurately.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly cash reconciliation (deposit) reports timely and accurately.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly income reports timely and accurately.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly write-off reports timely and accurately.

Requirements

• BA in Accounting and Finance or related field;
• A minimum of 02 years of experiences in income management;
• Experiences in income policies execution;
• Proven experiences in income planning and execution;
• Working knowledge of Cambodian Tax Law;
• Good command in English of both spoken and written;
• Strong commitment to diversity;
• Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, leadership and teamwork spirits;
• Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
