Hr Manager
Job Description:
– Plan and implement HR policies;
– Manage the company’s recruitment like announcing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interviewing;
– Prepare an employment contract;
– Provide training to staff;
– Manage the registration form and resignation for staff;
– Handle staff attendance;
– Handle staff’s performance evaluation;
– Do overall HR Management tasks in connection with the Ministry of Labor;
– Staff engagement and retention;
– Do other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
– Good common of spoken and written Chinese (English is a plus);
– Have Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Relation, HR Management or equivalent;
– Have the ability to plan and implement HR Management tasks;
– Strong at interpersonal communication skills and familiar with business negotiation skills
– Must have at least 3-year more experience in HR Management tasks.
– Process HRBP certified
