Job Responsibility

– Oversee the entire process of handing over condo units to clients, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
– Directly manage all aspects of customer service related to condo unit delivery, including problem resolution, complaint management, and customer engagement, through both digital communication and
face-to-face interactions.
– Develop, implement, and refine customer service procedures, policies, and standards to improve the overall customer experience and facilitate organic growth.
– Conduct thorough analyses of customer feedback and service performance metrics to guide continuous improvement efforts.
– Liaise closely with the project management, construction, and legal departments to ensure a seamless and timely delivery of condo units, addressing any potential issues that may affect customer satisfaction.
– Manage and optimize the use of resources and assets to meet qualitative and quantitative targets within
the context of condo unit delivery.
– Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, service issues, and resolutions to ensure accountability and continuous learning.
– Adhere to approved budgets, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
– Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management to support the overall objectives of the real estate development
