Job vacancy Remote Security Operator (filipino/ Expat)

Key Accountabilities

• Operate security cameras with the assistance of AI technology software.
• Communicate directly with our USA teammates in English by using chat software
• Deliver audio warnings through the software to trespassers, criminals, and suspicious persons. This will help to prevent crimes from happening.
• Use new vocabulary words related to security, the software, and the operator’s job.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail. Do not miss any criminals or fires on the property.
• Properly post in multiple Team Channels, especially Escalations Channel of emergency cues (violence, Crimes, Fires)
• Have a consistent average time spent to handle of each alarm
• Following the site notes protocols
• Writing the standard & proper words in the ((Notes)) of all alerts when necessary.
• Record & report to the team leader or supervisor any technical issue
• The security mind -Decision and Action- to be cautious, accuracy at all times as to keep people and property safe and secure
• Clearly communicate with our USA team in English.
• Quickly escalate emergency alarms to the USA team including: a crime in progress, violence, & fires.
• Other duties will be assigned by the management

Salary

Benefit:-Petroleum:26$-Meal :26$-Attendance: 26$-AL 18 days/year or 1.5 days/month (After you pass the probation of 3 months)
