Job vacancy Property Management, Project Manager (chinese Speaker)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

– Supervision and execution of various tasks in residential and commercial buildings
– Familiar with relevant regulations and business operations
– Assist the property manager to operate a smooth operation in the buildings
– Assist in lease ups of units. Maintain a high level of occupancy for the property
– Ensure that all property staff at site adhere to corporate policies and procedures and respond to all resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
– Monitor and maintain to make sure that all public space is clean and good environmental quality
– Equipment daily maintenance, repair execution and supervision
– Supervise the preservation work to ensure the safety of the community
– Maintain good relations and communication with all tenants/residents to resolve their complaint and feedback
– Perform other related tasks as assigned

JOB KNOWLEDGE/COMPENTENCY:

– English level must be able to communicate with native speaker.
– Chinese is preferable (Not a must)
– More than 2 years experiences in Property Management Field
– Have relevant licenses is more beneficial
– Microsoft Office familiarity
– Good communication and negotiation skills
– Honest, Gentle and Good physical ability

Salary
