Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
– Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
– Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
2. Team Leadership:
– Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
– Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
3. Client Acquisition and Retention:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
– Develop sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the finance department.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to report progress to senior management.
5. Product Knowledge:
– Stay informed about the company’s products and services.
– Train sales team members on product features and benefits.
6. Negotiation and Closing:
– Lead negotiations with clients and close sales deals.
– Ensure that sales contracts and agreements align with company policies.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
– Knowledge of two-wheeler products and the automotive market.
– Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
