Job vacancy Sourcing Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop Sourcing of new products and supplier of local Cambodia according to the needs from Asia Head Office from Shanghai .
• Cambodia vendor base knowledge update (visit regularly Trade Fairs, suppliers plant etc )
• Collection preparation and recommend new products .
• Price negotiation and making offer to Cambodia local vendors .
• Organization of business trip and follow Head Office during Selection Trips (Faire, suppliers).
• Follow Quotation and sampling with suppliers.
• Product development (OEM).
• Monitor Product Conformity and handle quality issues.
• Preparation and Creation PO.
• Product Validation (Color, size, shape. Function etc)
• Supplier Management.
• Ensure PO follow up and delivery on time.
• And other Export business duties.

Requirements

• Autonomous, self-motivated and proactive,
• Open mind, flexible and good communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sourcing and Purchase of Foreign Trading Company.
• Familiar with whole export business procedure (Sourcing, Product development, PO orders follow up, Shipment and Quality Control) at International Foreign Trading company.
• Strong Negotiation Skills (Price and supplier contract).
• Focus on details and quick learner.
• Native Cambodian or Chinese, fluently speaking and writing in English , Mandarin is a plus
• Able to travel
