Job vacancy Store Manager

RESPONDSIBILITIES:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
2. Set and track sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
3. Train and develop staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure high levels of customer service
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment
5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
7. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
8. Monitor financial performance of the store and make recommendations for improvement
9. Represent the store to the public and other stakeholders
10. Team Motivation, Work as a highly team spirit.

REQUIREMENT:
1. Female only (23-32 years old)
2. Be specific of using English
3. Bachelor degree’s or any relate equal require
4. At least 1 year experience of Sale and management
5. In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends
6. Excellent Customer Service
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Time: 1:00PM-10:00PM (8 hours/Day, 6 Days/Week)
Location: Aeon mall Phnom Penh
