Key responsibilities

Human Resource Management

  • To lead in revising/developing and implementing Human Resources and Administrative Management strategies, policies, and procedures in line with the business needs to proactively impact and contribute to the achievement of the companys targets.
  • To ensure HR and Admin department deliver its planned outcomes and agreed targets (KPIs) are met; to direct, coach, and motivate a team of department staff to manage day-to-day operations, deliver services to all staff meets quality standard align with companys policies and procedures.
  • To determine headcount needs and manage the recruitment process, succession planning and ensure
  • recruitment of quality staff in accordance with the required plans. Manage actual labor cost as budgeted.
  • To work with COO, EMT to promote effective communications, resolve problems and issues.
  • To manage annual staff performance appraisal, preparing annual salary adjustment according to budgeted.
  • To develop, implementation of staff compensation policies to retain, attract key skills and employee.
  • To develop, implement employee relations policy and guidelines to be consistent with relevant labor
  • legislation, ESG requirements to promote an effective working environment.

Administrative:

  • Work with COO/EMT to ensure that the administrative operations are aligned with its strategic plan.
  • Provide leadership for operation administrative including office management, inventory (medical/ nonmedical)
  • management, and stock/documentation management.
  • To revise/develop administrative policy.
  • To monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary.
  • To monitor cost and expenses against the budget plan
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requirements

  • A bachelor/or masters degree in human resources management and or related filed.
  • A minimum of 35-year experience at a management level in HR.
  • Experience in employee administration, HR policies, practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HRM System
  • Good understanding of laws and regulations related to Human Resources filed.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and influencing with good coordination skill, and creative thinking.
  • Proven human resources management, administrative work and office management.
  • Knowledge/experience of health sector is desirable.
  • Strong office management skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding work load.

USD 1700 - USD 2500 (USD)
