Job vacancy Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products to new and existing customers, meeting sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships. If you are a passionate and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct product presentations to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, quotes, and orders accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide customers with valuable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and improve sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in system.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2-3years of experience in a similar role.( Modern Trade and General Trade
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred but not required.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Industry-specific knowledge or experience. ( Modern Trade Market )
- A network of potential clients in the industry.
- Relevant certifications or training.
*Salary and Benefits:*
- Competitive base salary 300$ - 400$ + plus commission.

*Working hours is Mon Friday (8AM 5PM) Saturday (half-day (8-12)
