PDC - Pocket PC Development Center - Phnom Penh

Horrible place. With no integrity whatsoever. I brought a phone in to get unlocked and they said to leave it there for a few days. Well being the naive person that i was i gave them my phone with the sim card and memory card still inside. After about a month of constant delays i was able to get my phone back, but there was no sim card or memory card. I spoke with the owner and he accused me of lying and basically said that unless he signed a contract saying that he received this phone he isnt going to pay me or reimburse me anything. One of the worst experiences I ever had in Cambodia and I would not reccomend this place to anyone that wants to buy a phone or get it repaired,
