This a BAD services of company.im bought a night bus from Sihanouk ville to ho chi Minh,we are begin a bus by 7.30pm to phonh phem from Sihanouk ville.around 12.30am we reach in phonh phem.after reach in phonh phem,they sent us to somewhere waiting area and told us to go ho chi Minh bus is 6am without any explanation from the agent tourists!and arrange a sleeping floor to us!This my first time to bought this company ticket and also the last time!!Will support virak butham and giant ibis!!

if you want to share your bed with lots of cockroaches this is the right place. cause they call it a nonstop ride they don´t want you to leave the bus when the staff has a break. you are just allowed to watch them piss and smoke from the inside of the bus. they behave like this even if you ask them nicely, especially if you are a woman. so if you want a hassle go with this company.

I took night bus from Sihanoukville to Battambang. I had bought a bus ticket directly in bus office to get relevant info but everything was way different than I had been told.
1. Instead of going Sihanoukville - Phnom Pehn - Battambang, we went SIH - PP - SIAM REAP - BAT
2. Instead of 12 hours it was 16 hours.
3. Instead of "you will not change buses" I had to change buses TWICE (PP, SR)
4. Instead of being droped off in city center in Battambang, I had been dropped off 5km away
5. Wifi was not working 90% of time
6. Crazy driving, I was really afraid of accident when we were overtaking trucks.

Please, provide relevant info to your customers, everything what I had been told was a BIG LIE.

This is the first time that I just wanna booking for the new transportation company, but the service so messy as I was booking from the tour agency to this company. While I was at the tour agency then they called to confirm with the company for my seat and the time, and then they issue me the ticket. The day after while I'm here at the bus station for seat, then the staff here say that I get the wrong code of the ticket, they said have the same ticket even I come first they still don't give me the priority. Just give the seat to the foreigner.
These mean that this company is not working well with the tour agency (staff said don't get any phone call from the tour agency while I was sitting there), secondly, the staff here is not respond to their own responsibility as they cannot control the seat well, third thing it delay too much time as the ticket were 9:30pm out, but actually almost 11:00pm the bus still at station.
